Red Custard Apple, Also Known As Bullock's Heart Or Ramphal, Is A Tropical Fruit With Reddish-Pink Or Dark Maroon Skin And A Creamy, Sweet, Custard-Like Flesh. It's A Variety Of The Annona Reticulata Tree, Belonging To The Same Family As The Common Custard Apple, But Often With A Slightly Less Grainy Texture.
